About Department
Technology is the strength of any organization but without manpower it is of no use. Most of the industries have recognised the importance of human factor and start utilising this resource for strengthening themselves. Organizations survive because of the manpower or the people they have. While working with the people the three fundamental higher orders needs i.e. 'Use me, Respect me & Reward me' must be fulfilled. Now to use, to respect, & to reward it is imperative for organisations to explore their people not only technically but also behaviorally.
These explorations are possible through Behavioural Science & Management trainings. Moreover soft skills and its wide & varied applications help individuals understand their giftedness & blind spots. The blind spots are the major source of misunderstanding & relationship problems at work & at home. Keeping this is mind, Behavioural Science and Management development department imparts training, consultancy and research related with the development of organization as well as individual also.
Behavioral & Soft Skills Training which focuses on developing Leadership Skills and a “Happy Mind-Set” including need based MDPs, TOTs, CBPs, FDPs.
Methodology:
Trainings are highly interactive, focused and result-oriented. Participative discussions, games, role plays & simulation exercises are our standard training methodologies. Through trainings participants are encouraged to produce positive change relevant to the needs of organization. Behavioural science, management related soft skills programme at CRISP are the tools to improve effectiveness of organisational associates of all level.
Advantages:
The training programmes are conducted in a very interactive environment. The methodology of the courses is mainly structured exercises, group discussion, probing techniques, management games, case studies, role plays, audio-visual aids & lectures, apparatus testing and mind power games etc.

Psychology Lab:
Behavioural Science & Management Department, CRISP is now equipped with Psychological Apparatus & mind power games for cognitive stimulation. This is one of the unique kinds of lab used for multiple intelligence enhancements in participant.
