CRISP Enhances Digital Skills of MPJAP IT Personnel through Three Consecutive Technical Training Batches

The Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) successfully conducted three consecutive batches of a 3-day Computer-Based Technical Training Program for IT personnel of the Madhya Pradesh Jan Abhiyan Parishad (MPJAP). A total of 65 participants, including Computer Operators, Data Entry Operators, and Resource Persons from various districts and divisions of Madhya Pradesh such as Bhopal, Sagar, Gwalior, Chambal, Indore, Ujjain, Jabalpur, and Rewa, were trained under this initiative.

The program was designed to strengthen digital competencies and improve operational efficiency through practical, hands-on training in AI-enabled MS Office tools, e-Office systems, e-HRMS, e-Sthapana, CMCLDP Portal, Vidyarthi App, Learning Management System (LMS), Leave MIS, and basic computer troubleshooting. The training aimed to align participants’ skills with modern e-governance practices and evolving administrative requirements.

Participants appreciated the structured training methodology, residential learning environment, and expert guidance provided by CRISP faculty. They reported significant enhancement in their technical knowledge and confidence in handling digital tools effectively in their day-to-day work.

CRISP continues to play a pivotal role in capacity building of government personnel through such focused and impact-driven training programs.
