Situation
RGPV is one of the most prestigious Technical University in Madhya Pradesh. Under its um- brella there are 07 UTD's, 200 affiliated Engi- neering Colleges, 98 Pharmacy Colleges, 95 MCA Colleges and 04 Architecture Colleges imparting Graduate level instructions run- ning around 17 under graduate level courses, 85 Polytechnic institutions offering diploma courses in emerging and conventional disci- plines. Before 2008 University doesn't having the any solution. Result processing activities carry out using Foxpro.
Challenges
- Sensitive Data managed through FoxPro database (Result data)
- Student Fee collected through DD or cash.
- No reconciliation of collected fees and don't have the information about the total collected fee, pending fees, bounced instrument etc.
- College Affiliation process was totally manual and hard copy submission system of documents was adopted.
- Student didn't had services in online mode, all the forms were submitted offline, for any clarification students had to directly approach to University office located at Bhopal.
- No data analysis based on the student result.
Solution
CRISP developed a platform based on Built on Operate (BOO) model to deliver services in online mode. Implemented in 2010 and de- livering services till date, Served more than 10+ lac students and 350+ Institutions.
